Kawsay Biological
Research Station
Kawsay is a biological station, located in the Peruvian amazon, within the Tambopata National Reserve. I was had the opportunity to participate in research projects, including monitoring the behaviour of black spider monkeys, analysing camera trap data and mammal transects, and helping to collect data on bird species abundance in the rainforest.
